IMPORTANT! There is a limited budget for student support to be offered to students from developing countries and for students with long and expensive journeys. The application can be completed throughout the registration process.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received by March 31st, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
For cancellation after that date or no-shows no refunds will be available.
All refunds will be issued after the conference.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management team of the University of Vienna at congress@univie.ac.at.
